Your responsibilities

  • You will support the three Desks in the execution of transaction mandates such as corporate acquisitions, company disposals, financing operations or fund placements.
  • You will provide the senior management staff of the team with strong support by preparing and evaluating financing models and company value analyses, market and sector analyses.
  • Your will work with the team in developing convincing sales pitches for potential clients and will participate in the acquisition of new clients.

Your Profile

  • You are currently achieving very good results in your degree course at a university or university of applied sciences and are at least in your 3rd semester studying a subject with a focus on business finance.
  • You have gained sound business experience from work placements or have completed your training in the bank sector or a consulting company, you are already familiar with the relevant investment banking subjects.
  • You have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills and a very good command of German and English.
  • You enjoy working independently and in a team; analytical thinking is only one of your outstanding skills.
